ZERO DELAY – ENHANCED THE STANDARDS OF SOUND PROCESSING TIME
Sounds passed through hearing aids always come with a delay due to processing time. It is this delay that creates the distinctive echoes of hearing aids – the ultimate technological boundary. More input sounds mean more delay will be.
However, with Zero Delay, now delay time has been reduced to only 0.5 milliseconds, in comparison to 7 to 10 ms of the other products. The distinctive “hearing aids” echoes are fully resolved. While normal hearing aids are limited to only 6 listening environments and default settings – which are hard to intervene, requiring specialist assistance and devices – our Widex devices, thanks to new Sound Sense Learn (SSL), empower users with personal settings at any time via a phone app. This application will analyze, adjust and make proposals. Users can help improve it by giving feedback on the sound quality they hear. SSL technology is inserted on some of Widex models, including Evoke and Widex Moment.

PURE SOUND AND TRUE ACOUSTIC
